Common help topics

Restore purchases

Open the Voice Packs screen and tap Restore Purchases to restore previously owned premium voice packs for the same Apple ID.

Microphone permission

Vent Mode needs microphone access. If recording does not work, you can keep using Shake Mode and Voice Packs. Contact support if you need help with Vent Mode.

Motion permission

Shake Mode depends on device motion sensors. If Shake Mode is not responding, restart the app and confirm motion features are available on your device.

Ads and tracking

The app may request consent for ads and, on iPhone, App Tracking Transparency permission. Denying tracking does not prevent core app features or premium purchases from working.
